Unslouch in the browser
For work computers where you can't install apps. Keep this tab open: every 20 minutes you get a half-minute break with one short exercise and a look into the distance.

Keep this tab open. Browsers may slow down timers in background tabs, so a break can come a few seconds late.
Settings stay in this browser only.
What the browser version can't do: it doesn't see calls or fullscreen, and doesn't know if you went away. Pause it before a call. The desktop app does all this by itself.
Why this works
At a screen we blink 2–3 times less often, and half the blinks are incomplete, so the eyes dry out. The muscle that holds close focus doesn't rest for hours. Reminders to look into the distance reduce burning and eye fatigue.
Forearm muscles work without rest, the wrist is often bent. Breaks every 20 minutes reduce discomfort in the arms. A link between computer use and carpal tunnel syndrome is not proven, so we don't promise to prevent it.
When to see a doctor: if your eyes hurt, are red, you see double or your vision gets worse.
