Consent to the processing of personal data by the website

Effective from 29 September 2026.

The Yandex Metrica counter on unslouch.health-diet.ru loads as soon as I open a page. Until I answer, a cookie notice at the bottom of the page tells me about the counter and how to turn it off. By continuing to use the site after this notice (including by clicking “OK”), I freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. If I do not agree, I click “Decline”: the counter is turned off, and the site works fully.

What data is processed:

• cookies and identifiers of the Yandex Metrica counter (for example _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad);
• IP address;
• browser and device details: device type, operating system, browser, language, screen resolution;
• addresses of the pages viewed and the site you came from;
• date, time and length of the visit;
• actions on the page: clicks, scrolling, link clicks and file downloads.

Purpose. Visit statistics and understanding which pages and tools are useful, to improve the site and the app. The data is not used for advertising, and we do not try to find out who you are.

How it is processed. Automatically, with the Yandex Metrica service. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, adjustment, retrieval, use, transfer (granting access) to the processor, anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction.

Who receives it. Yandex LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia) processes the data as the owner of Yandex Metrica under its terms of use. The data is stored in Russia. We do not share it with anyone else.

Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; Article 6(1)(1) of Russian Federal Law 152-FZ). The data is processed in Russia.

Duration. The consent is valid until you withdraw it. Statistics are kept in Yandex Metrica for the periods set by the service and are used by us only in aggregate.

How to withdraw. Click “Decline” in the cookie notice. If the notice is already closed, click “Cookies and statistics” at the bottom of any page and it opens again. You can also write to support@health-diet.ru. After you decline, the site removes the Metrica cookies from its own domain and the counter is no longer loaded in this browser. Data Metrica received before that stays with it for the periods set by the service. Cookies Yandex sets on its own domains are removed in your browser settings.
